How do I add an article to your site?
Click here and register for FREE first if you are not a member. Fill in the information as required by each space. After registering, you can add any number of listings. You may include up to 20 images for each one. Your name along with your email is required. Make sure to include a valid and accurate email address because you will be sent a verification email, which will allow you to activate your listing at the email address you provide. Also when buyers wish to contact you this is the e-mail address, that their request/questions are sent to.
How much does it cost to upload a listing?
It cost only $10.00 USD per year to internationally list your property. If you wish to feature your listing it is an additional $10.00 USD per year.
Can you add my property listing?
Yes, if you are having difficulty adding your listing to our site, we would be happy to help in any way possible. In extreme cases, we will add the listing for you, but we prefer to walk you through the process - this way you will be able to make changes and add additional listings at any time, without having to wait for us.
My listing does not appear in the search result list. Why?
There may be several reasons for this. Make sure that the "Activate" box beside your listing on the "Add Your Listing" form has been checked. Property search results will show the properties, only if you have checked the property type For Sale or Rentals. Make sure you are searching in the right region. If you can’t find what you are looking for in the region you have selected, try searching through "Select All". If you still can’t find it, contact us and we will be glad to help.
How do I add images to my listing?
From Your Computer: Sign into your account and click on the name of the listing to which you wish to add pictures. Go to the picture section of the "Add Your Listing" form and click on the "Browse" button at the right of the space. A new window will appear. The "Look in:" box tells you where you are searching on your computer. Go to the right directory and select the picture you want to include - ex. view.jpg, then click on the "Open" button. Your picture is now added. Go to the next box and do the same thing. Once you have added all your pictures, click on the "Submit" button on the page. From another website: Go to the website where you'll find your images.Click to enlarge the pictures you wish to place in your Priperty Shop International listing. Right click on the image and select "Save Picture As". Save the picture to your desktop under a familiar and practical name – ex. view.jpg. Once you have selected photos and saved them to your desktop, go to www.propertyshopintl.com . Sign in as usual by entering your email and password. The listing you added will appear in the screen before you. Click on the job listing you wish to add pictures to. Go to the picture section of the "Add Your Listing" form and click on the "Browse" button at the right of the space. A new window will appear. Make sure that at the top of the screen in the "Look in:"box you see "Desktop". Select the picture you want to include ex. view.jpg, then click on the "Open" button. Your picture is now added. Go to the next box and do the same. Once you have added all your pictures, click on the "Submit" button at the end of the page.
How do I edit my listing?
Sign in as usual entering your email and password. The properties you added will appear in the screen before you. Click on the image or name of the property you wish to edit. Change the information as necessary and then don't forget to click on submit. Your advertisement/listing may go through approval when you edited it, as we randomly check advertisements for content. Be patient as it can sometimes take up to 12 hours before you can see the changes take effect on the site.
How can I add a property which will show in rentals and sales?
Simply create 1 normal ad , then click box " for sale and rental , your listing will then appear in all three categories : "For Rent and Sale", "For Sale" and "For Rent".
Are there any rules to adding properties?
We insist that all material submitted to Property Shop International must adhere to our terms and conditions. We review our listings periodically and will omit anything that we feel is inappropriate. Moreover if we discover content that is inappropriate in any way, you will be restricted from future posting on our site. We do not accept any listings with their url and/or email address within their pics . There are appropriate spaces for your contact details and url in the listing form you fill out when listing your property . For each listing you need to upload at least one (1) picture , you can upload up to 20 pictures. Pictures must jpg files and have less than 200 kb each. Please write a detailed description of your property and fill out all provided spaces : title , short description and detailed description (the more detail you have about your property the more exposure it is likely to get on search engins such as Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.).
I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Just send an email to service@propertyshopintl.com and we will send you the information right away. You will receive the password information even quicker , when using the "lost password" link on the log-in page.
I modified my listing but it seems to have disappeared - I can´t find my listing anymore - what happened ?
We delete all listings which are not filled out properly . We require that you fill out as many blank fields as possible and that you describe your property and upload at least 1 photo . We do not accept advertisements which have neither a photo , nor a description, nor the contact details or the name of the seller.
Paypal won´t accept my credit card - I could not pay !
Some countries are not accepted by Paypal , so if you tried to pay by credit card using the paypal service and your card has been rejected , please contact us at sales@propertyshopintl.com If you still have problems paying by credit card , you can also pay by bank transfer to one of our accounts or you can send a cheque , or cash by Western Union or registered letter .
